Adobe On-Boarding - Step by Step

Step 1:

We, as the reseller, will register your organization’s End User Admin Information with Adobe based upon the information provided by you. It usually takes 1 to 2 working days to complete the registration process.

 

Step 2:

Once it is registered, Adobe will send an Invitation Email to the End User Admin Email. Please check your email mailbox. Look for the Invitation Email and Click “Join Now”.




Step 3:

You will be prompted to set up your password. Read and agree to the terms & conditions on behalf of your organization. Please follow the Adobe’s on-boarding process accordingly.

 

 

Step 4:

Once you are successfully granted as the administrator (End User Admin) of your organization, you can now manage and allocate the Adobe license to your organization’s user in the Adobe’s Admin Console https://adminconsole.adobe.com.

 

Step 5:

Login in  https://adminconsole.adobe.com with the End User Admin Credential. During the login process, you will be asked to join or select either your organization profile or your personal profile. Please select your organization and proceed.

 

Step 6:

After login to the Admin Console https://adminconsole.adobe.com, you will be able to see the license available to you. Now, you need to add user and allocate the license to the user accordingly.

Click the Quick Link “Add User” or go to the “User” tab and click “Add Users”.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7:

Once User is successfully created and license/product allocated, please go to Adobe Creative Cloud https://creativecloud.adobe.com/. Login with your Username and password. After login, system will be prompted to select your organization profile or personal profile. Please select your Organization profile and proceed. After that, you will reach the Adobe Creative Cloud’s Dashboard as below. Click “Download” or “Install” the apps.
