No CD disc or physical software installer will be provided after the purchase because you need to download the latest software installer from the official website for security reason and as per the T&C of Adobe, Inc.
You can install your desktop app on multiple laptop, desktop or device. But, you can only login with your Adobe account on 1 device simultaneously.
Before you start
- Register your Adobe account at account.adobe.com
- Check whether your device is compatible with the minimum requirement of Adobe Creative Cloud. Learn more on https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
To download the Desktop App
Step 2 - Download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
Step 3 - Once the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is correctly installed in your desktop or device, login desktop app with your Adobe account.
Step 4 - You can then select the Adobe desktop app (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & etc) to be downloaded and installed in your desktop or device.
If you already have an updated version of Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & etc) correctly installed in your desktop or device, you don't need to download and re-install. Please login with your Adobe account.
