We assume you already completed the first step - Domain verification. If not, please refer to our other help docs on this topic.
1. Sign in to your Domain Host (GoDaddy, Hostgator, bluehost, NameCheap, Cloudflare and etc)
2. Locate DNS Settings: Find the DNS management page, often labeled "DNS Records," "Name Server Management," or "Advanced DNS".
3. If there is any existing MX Record, delete all existing MX Records to prevent email routing conflicts.
4. Add Google MX Records: Create a new record with these values:
Type: MX
Host/Name: @ (or leave blank)
Value/Destination: smtp.google.com
Priority: 1
TTL: Default (or 3600)
5. Save Changes: Save the new record.
7. After confirming your MX record updated correctly on MX record lookup tools, Go to the Google Admin Console
https://admin.google.com with your admin user account, go to Menu > Account > Domains > Manage Domains and click Activate Gmail.
